- Dorm Room (4 single beds): $1,255 per person
- Twin Shared Room (single beds): $1,550 per person
- Private Room (queen bed): $1,777 per person
Your retreat investment includes the full 3-day program, all nourishing meals, and shared accommodation at the stunning King Parrot Cottages. Flights, ground transfers, and travel insurance are not included.

- Spaces are intentionally limited to 14 guests only to create an intimate and deeply supported experience.Â

Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Schedule
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $600 AUD is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Balance:Â The remaining balance is due by March 20th, 2026.
If you register after this date, full payment is required at the time of approval.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your $600 AUD deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
After March 20th, 2026, the remaining balance also becomes non-refundable.
For this reason, comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your booking.
If you need to cancel before March 20th, you may transfer your place to another suitable participant (see Transfer Policy below).
Refunds or partial refunds outside these dates are not available, except in the event that the organiser must cancel the retreat (see below).
3. Transfer of Booking
If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another suitable person, subject to Morgan’s approval.
The replacement guest must complete the application process and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Transfers may be requested up until the retreat start date, provided the new participant is approved and full payment has been received.
4. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)
All guests are strongly encouraged to organise comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
Insurance should cover at minimum:

Trip cancellation and curtailment

Medical emergencies and evacuation

Lost or delayed baggage
-
Travel delays or unforeseen events
This protection is especially important for guests travelling from interstate or overseas.
5. Additional Terms & Conditions

The retreat price includes the full program, accommodation, and meals as outlined on the retreat page.

 Prices do not include flights, ground transfers, or travel insurance.

No refunds are available for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.

All cancellations or transfer requests must be submitted in writing (email).
If the organiser (Morgan Willoughby / By Morgan) must cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances - such as government restrictions, safety concerns, or natural events - participants will be offered the choice of:

A full refund of all monies paid (including deposit), or
-
A transfer of funds to a future retreat date.
The organiser is not responsible for any costs outside retreat fees, such as flights, visas, transfers, or personal expenses.
Participation is subject to acceptance through the application process. Morgan reserves the right to decline any application if the retreat is not deemed suitable for the participant’s current circumstances.
6. Participant Agreement
By applying to join the Ignite Within Retreat, you acknowledge and agree that:

This retreat is a healing-focused, alcohol-free, and substance-free space, designed to support emotional safety and deep restoration.

You are responsible for arranging comprehensive travel insurance (covering trip cancellation, medical, and travel delays) and for providing proof of coverage prior to the retreat.

You confirm that you are physically able to participate in the daily activities offered, which may include gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, group sharing, and walking in nature.

You understand that the retreat facilitators are not medical doctors and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You understand that the facilitators are not licensed mental-health professionals (psychiatrists or psychologists) and therefore cannot provide therapeutic advice regarding any diagnosed or undiagnosed mental-health conditions.

You agree to share accurate and honest health information in your application form to ensure both your safety and the wellbeing of the group.
7. Health Disclaimer
Certain retreat practices - including breathwork, energy balancing, and emotional release work - may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions such as heart disease, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, aneurysm history, asthma or respiratory conditions, or psychological vulnerabilities.
By submitting this application, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions and agree to seek medical clearance if necessary.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. The facilitators cannot be held liable for any issues arising from undisclosed or unmanaged health conditions.
8. Acknowledgement
By submitting your application and paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Retreat Terms & Conditions and this Participant Agreement in full.
